Our Marijuana products are for use by adults only (you must be of legal age to purchase weed/tobacco smoking accessories), and sale to minors is strictly prohibited. Budders Weed  requires all customers to understand and agree to the following conditions:

• All prices are listed in U.S Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All orders are packed professionally. Once a package leaves any of our Ganja facilities, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company Weed On Wheelz and the customer.
• Budders Weed makes every effort to ship orders by the next business day and aims for delivery in 5 business days or sooner (Express/Standard).
• Budders Weed will not be responsible for delays in shipping or delivery.
• Refused orders and returns are subject to freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.
• Damages and shortages must be reported to Budders Weeed within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
• Customers who renege on payment through stop-payment orders or disputed credit card transactions agree to pay all costs incurred by Budders Weed to recover outstanding balances (collection agency fees, travel fees, lawyer fees, and all other collection costs).
