Afghan Kush, an almost 100% Indica strain, is grown within the Hindu Kush range. The strain features a very earthy, almost “hash-like” scent with a touch of Pinesol-like aroma. When smoked, it’s a sweet hash taste, almost like its smell. Buds of this strain are very condensed and covered during a fair amount of trichomes (the THC making glands or crystals). The plant has the familiar broad leaves of other Indicas.
Seasoned cannabis users often express this strain to be perfect for the nighttime. Far better than the standard nightcap and reduces sleeping tablet consumption. Consume 1 hour before getting to bed for the simplest sleep of your life.
If you’re inviting friends over, plan on having a stocked cupboard and fridge. And by stocked, the doors should be busting off the hinges. A few Afghan Kush joints and, therefore, the stomach starts rumbling sort of a racer able to get off the road. This makes it great for chemotherapy patients and people affected by anorexia.
Afghan Kush has an average THC content of 13%-14% with a high of 17%. Its high creates extremely powerful effects on the body, causing the consumer to feel lazy and/or sleepy. It’s recommended for nighttime use, being effective in relieving aches and pains while inducing a euphoric sensation.
