Once your shipment is in process, your tracking number is emailed to you.

Any mail-order marijuana product over $500 is sent with a ‘Signature Required.” Please state “No Signature needed” if you do not want the option. Remember serving you best is our main priority.

Sometimes, before the post office scans the box, we email the tracking number. So express mail tracking system won’t mention the marijuana shipment on the Express platform until it has been sent and picked up by the postal service. The correct tracking should be rectified by the end of the day. Please wait at least 24 hours before calling for your tracking number rectification.

You must place your marijuana product order along with a note requesting for signature before delivery. So it can’t be picked up by others.

If your shipment doesn’t arrive two days after the expected delivery date, please notify us immediately. Let’s check with Express mail to see if we can track down the sender’s mailing address. Your marijuana package order will not be reserved until it has been in transit for 30 days; otherwise, it is a total loss.
If there’s a trace done, Express mail will do an investigation which may take 21 business days to finish. If they can locate the parcel, they’ll send it to you, and you’ll receive it a few days later. If the order arrives late due to postal problems, we do not provide refunds. Although we make every effort to provide a safe delivery service, please note that we cannot be held liable for shipments that may be ‘delivered’ if they are labeled as delivered by the carriers. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is given. Budders weed will not reship items to a customer if the address is incorrect. Please let us know if you are receiving your discreet weed package in a neighborhood mailbox (we will send it with a signature required to prevent theft). By default, packages are shipped only if the signature is needed.

Two possibilities on what’s going on are currently in my mind:

  • The package was misdelivered to the wrong address, a nearby mailbox.
  • The postal worker scanned the marijuana parcel as “successfully delivered,” but it will be shipped the next business day in actuality.

 The majority of customers receive their orders on time or promptly. In some instances, no scan is performed because the information is out of date. If it is not received two days after the date on which it was promised, please call us, and we will find the weed parcel with the postal service.

  • *If you are a new customer: If you haven’t purchased from us before, you need to fill the required fields in the checkout so we can approve your registration and process your online weed order. Once your registration and order are processed, you will be notified, which means you are now registered for future marijuana purchases.
  • *If you are an existing customer: On the checkout page, log in to your account. Once all the required fields are filled out, you can click on “Place Order.” On the Checkout Confirmation page, you’ll see instructions along with your order number. Also, you will see accepted payment options to choose from and how to make payment through the cash app, Zelle, and credit card payment(Credit card payment is not automated- allow time for us to charge your card manually). So your mail order weed product will only ship once the chosen payment method has been confirmed successful by us.
  • Once we have secured your payment, the mail order weed product will go through processing and shipped within one business day. We’ll provide you with a tracking number when the order has been registered.
